How Bob's Tuning & Repairs protects and manages your personal information
We are Bob's Tuning & Repairs, a mechanical workshop at 28 Chickerell St, Morwell VIC 3840. This page sets out what we do with your information when you use this website.
If you fill in our contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number, a subject and your message. We use those details to answer your enquiry and nothing else, so we don't sell them and we won't add you to a mailing list.
Form submissions are emailed to the workshop and kept in a log on our web server so we have a copy if an email goes missing. We keep them while they're useful to us and delete them when they aren't.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. That's how we keep the site running and secure.
The site sets one cookie, a temporary session cookie so the contact form can show you a message if something goes wrong when you submit it, and it's deleted as soon as you close your browser. We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

We don't share your information with anyone else, except where we're required to by law or where one of the services above needs it to do its job.
The site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. No website can promise perfect security, but we treat your details the way we'd want ours treated.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us using the details below and we will sort it out. You don't have to use the contact form at all, you're welcome to just ring us.
